Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, Noah holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and currently works full time as a real estate investor. Before discovering his passion for real estate, Noah tried out several unique careers including luxury interior design for private jets, restaurant management, and accounting for film productions.

A dedicated member of Central Florida Realty Investors, Noah regularly attends meetings to network with fellow investors and further pursue knowledge about all things real estate. His entry into the real estate realm began with a leap of faith into house flipping — something that he had never done before but felt confident enough to try. He used his own money and did much of the work himself in order to learn as much as he could about property renovation. There were plenty of struggles and setbacks, but with help and advice from investor friends and mentors, the project ended successfully and yielded a healthy profit. After that, Noah was hooked.

Fast forward several deals, and Noah now continues to flip properties while working to source single family homes, multifamily units, and land for other investors to flip themselves. He is committed to finding the best off-market real estate deals for investors with a wide range of exit strategies to take advantage of, including fix & flip, long/short term rentals, and creative finance deals.
